I am customer who has placed 2 orders during the offer period and following are the details.

• Order 1 - Rs. 800 (Paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) - Eligible
• Order 2 - Rs. 1100 (Rs. 800 paid through Amazon Pay balance + Rs. 300 paid through other payment methods) – Not eligible

Am I eligible for the promotion and how much would I be eligible for?

Answer : Yes you are eligible for the promotion for order 1. The overall eligible spend here is the amount spent through Amazon Pay balance, which is Rs. 800 in the 1st order. However for Order 2, you will not be eligible for the offer as the payment has not been entirely made by Amazon Pay balance.

1. This Half Price Store APay balance Cashback offer ("Offer") is provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon Pay") on www.amazon.in and its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in"). "Amazon Pay Balance" is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") and “top-up money” in your Amazon.in account. Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited ("Qwikcilver") and are subject to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions ("Gift Card Terms").

2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using the Amazon.in and the Gift Card Terms issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. During the Offer Period, any person who purchases any product(s) from the 'Apparels, Shoes, Luggage, Handbags, Sunglasses, Watches or Jewelry (excluding Gold & Diamond Jewelry and Gold Coins)' product category through Amazon.in worth INR 800 or above (such person hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser"), will be entitled to receive Amazon Pay Balance worth 15% of the order value to a maximum of INR 180 in the form of Amazon Pay Balance, provided that the such order is not cancelled by either the Purchaser or the seller, or the purchased product(s) is not returned or refunded by the Purchaser.

5. Each Purchaser will be eligible to receive the promotional Amazon Pay Balance amount only once on the first eligible order made in accordance with Clause 4 above, irrespective of the number of orders made during the Offer Period.

6. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion running on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.

7. The Amazon Pay Balance will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 35 days from the date of purchase in accordance with Clause 4 above.

8. Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Gift Card Terms are available at http://www.amazon.in/giftcardtnc.

9. Amazon Pay reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.

10. This Offer is provided to you on a best effort basis and availing this Offer is voluntary. By availing this Offer, you agree that Amazon or its affiliates will not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the Offer.

11. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of and/ or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
