I am customer who has placed 2 orders during the offer period and following are the details.

  • Order 1 - Rs. 100 (Paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance)
  • Order 2 - Rs. 400 (Rs. 300 paid through Amazon Pay balance + Rs. 100 paid through other payment methods)

Am I eligible for the promotion and how much would I be eligible for?

Answer : Yes you are eligible for the promotion. The overall eligible spend here is the the amount spent through Amazon Pay balance, which is Rs. 100 in the 1st order and Rs. 300 in the 2nd order. The total eligible spend is therefore Rs. 400. The eligible promotional amount is Rs. 60 (15%) on APP and Rs. 40 (10%) On-Site.

1.What is the Amazon Pay balance Cash back Offer ("Offer")?

(a) Shop on Amazon.in using your Amazon Pay balance to avail:

(i) 10% cash back as Amazon Pay balance, if you shop on Amazon.in using the website www.amazon.in or mobile site thereof ("Site") up to a maximum of Rs. 500;and

(ii) 15% cash back as Amazon Pay balance, if you shop on Amazon.in using the amazon.in mobile application ("App") up to a maximum of Rs. 750

(Site and App are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Amazon.in")

(b) The Offer is available from 20th January to 22nd January, 2017 ("Offer Period").

(c) The Offer is applicable only if a minimum of Rs. 250 is paid for transactions on Amazon.in (Site and/or App) using your Amazon Pay balance during the Offer Period. The cash back under this Offer is available only on the transaction amount spent on Site or App using your Amazon Pay balance, at the relevant rates mentioned above.

(d) The Offer is applicable for all successful transactions, upon adjustment for refunds, conducted on Amazon.in (Site and/or App) using your Amazon Pay balance during Offer Period.

(e) The maximum cumulative cash back for Amazon.in customers is Rs. 750 across all transactions conducted on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.

(f) Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for cash back and the amount of such orders will be adjusted from the transaction amount for the purpose of the Offer.
