You will receive the Echo device promotional offer coupon over email (if you have a registered email account) or SMS (if you have registered using your mobile number) within 2 business days of streaming the song. Click ‘collect offer’ on the email or SMS and collect the coupon.

3) What is the offer period?

This offer is available from 21st June, 2019 to 22nd June, 2019, both days inclusive.

4) How can I avail the offer to avail 10% cashback on purchase of Echo device?

After you stream a song on Amazon Prime Music from 21st June, 2019 to 22nd June, 2019, both days inclusive, for the first time ever, you will get an email to your registered email ID (or SMS if you have not registered using an email on Amazon) within 2 business days of streaming a song, with the Echo cashback offer link. Click on this link and collect the coupon to be able to avail 10% cashback upto Rs.500 in the form of Amazon Pay balance on purchase of an Echo device through Amazon.in before 25th June 2019

5) How will I know how much cashback I received under the offer?

(a) Cashback of 100 INR will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay balance before 30th June, 2019, if you are one of the 10, 000 customers who stream a song on Amazon Prime Music for the first time ever during the offer period. 
(b) Cashback of 10% up to INR 500 will be provided in the form of Amazon Pay balance within 3 days of purchase of an Echo device under the offer.

7) Can I avail the cash back on Echo device offer without streaming a song on Amazon Prime Music?

No, you will have to stream a song on Amazon Prime Music first as per the terms and conditions of the offer, and only then will you receive the cashback offer benefits.
